Andrea began her journey with Whole Foods Market in 2017 as a cashier. There, she learned the company’s Higher Purpose of nourishing people and the planet extended far beyond the store through Whole Foods Market Foundation’s work in local and global communities. She knew someday she wanted to join a team like the Foundation, whose impactful work was helping individuals and communities thrive. 

Andrea became a Team Trainer and eventually joined the Store Support Offices on the Data Transformation & Nutrition Team in 2022. These roles, coupled with mentorships, helped her gain the skills and experience needed to join Whole Foods Market Foundation in November of 2024. Today, as Program Operations Manager, she supports the Programs, Development, and Communication teams. When she’s not working, Andrea is often reading books or discovering local coffee shops.
