Lottie joined Whole Foods Market Foundation in December 2024, bringing with her a passion for international development and social change. 

With a master’s degree in International Human Rights from the University of Denver, Lottie has dedicated her career to addressing complex global challenges through sustainable, community-driven solutions. Prior to joining the Foundation, Lottie worked to provide safe water and sanitation services to developing communities across 18 countries.

As Senior Content Manager, Lottie works to tell the Foundation’s story through our digital, print and internal communication channels. When she’s off the clock, you can find Lottie playing with her dog Paula, reading a new fantasy book, or cooking a fun meal.
