She brings a unique blend of skills, combining her BA in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, with her passion for community engagement to help amplify Foundation partner stories to build collaborative partnerships.

Her experience as a mother has solidified her unwavering dedication to help cultivate the next generation of healthy eaters. With a firm belief in healthy food as a fundamental human right, Nikki is driven to create opportunities that ensure everyone has access to fresh, high-quality food.
