Tricia is an Austin native with 32 years of experience in the Professional Accounting and Business Administration field. She obtained both her Master of Professional Accounting and her B.B.A in Accounting at The University of Texas in Austin.

Tricia started her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst and Young, LLP in 1991. She joined Whole Foods Market in 1996 and currently is the Vice President of Tax and Administration. At Whole Foods Market she is responsible for strategic oversight and direction of the global tax function, key business support functions, and is a senior financial advisor to the Whole Foods Market foundations.

She has been involved in supporting the company through various mergers and acquisitions and has provided consult on effective business structures.
